A charming guest house with two spacious gites and four ensuite "Bed and Breakfast" rooms. This converted farmhouse has been renovated to provide gracious and comfortable accommodation and sits in a garden park which includes trees, flower beds, a children's play area and Shetland ponies.
The gites are flats sleeping between two and five people. The first flat "Fregate" is on the first floor and sleeps two people, to a maximum of four. The bedroom has a queensize bed and there is a living room/kitchen which is fully equipped. This room opens on to a large decked terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy views over the park land. The shower room includes a hydromassage shower.
The second ground floor flat sleeps four to five and has its own patio area while including use of the grounds and gardens. The first bedroom has a queensize bed and the second bedroom is with two single beds. An open plan kitchen area is in the good sized living room. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
This is an ideal place to rest and enjoy our beautiful region. Dinan is a medieval town full of charm and just next to our village. Around us are Saint Malo, Dinard, Cap Frehel and the Emerald Coast. You will discover marvellous places with the aid of the informative magazines available to you at the farmhouse. Mont St Michel is not far and is one of the most treasured sites to visit and then there are the ports such as Cancale where you will enjoy oysters and local fish dishes after walking along the seafront paths.
