Le Fouillarde is ideally positioned for fast and easy access to the Emerald coast. Saint Malo, Walled city and seaport has superb beaches and local secluded coves. | Located on the village outskirts of Saint-Etienne-en-Cogles, this pretty cottage has been recently built on the site of former barn which adjoins the British owner's house and is fully equipped and fitted to extremely high standards. The cottage is in a group of four dwellings known as " Le FOUILLARDÉ " . Each of these dwellings has its own private garden, thus giving the hamlet peaceful atmosphere. The accomodation, which will confortably sleep up to six persons, is built on three levels and comprises of living / dining room with separate kitchen, two double bedrooms, shower / washroom with toilet and further mezzanine bedroom (twin beds) with wash basin. The cottage has modern electric heating and is well insulated for year-round occupation. Own secluded garden with dining area and barbecue. Good private parking available for up to three vehicles.
The cottage is available for bookings all year round. Prices are per Week.( Except for Christmas and new Year ) Christmas and new year Nightly rates Between Dec 23rd and Jan 7th where prices are 65 GBP / 90 Euros Per Night. |
