The apartment was built in the mid 1800s and has been tastefully renovated, leaving some original features, but benefitting from modern fittings. Large entrance hall with solid beech parquet floor and rug with windo onto small courette. The double bedroom, separate kitchen, shower/toilet and separate cloackroom toilet are all of the entrance hall. The cloakroom has a toilet, ceramic tiled floor and vanity unit. The shower room has a toilet, 1.2m shower cubicle with glass sliding door and power shower, wash basin, feature ceramic tiled floor and walls and a heated floor. The kitchen is fitted, with oak worktops, electric hob, dishwasher, toaster, fridge and coffee maker. There is crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and most stuff to cook with. There is a double bedroom with a king size four poster bed, room safe, window onto the courette, small chest of drawers and a hat rack/hanging rail. The family room has three single beds, bed side cabinets, under bed drawers, shelving and has two windows loking over the street to the tree lined park. The lounge has an LCD TV/DVD with cable TV. There are two settees, one of them has a fold out double bed with a sprung mattress. There is a dining table and chairs and the windows look out over the street to the park. Apartment Madeleine is on the first floor and there is a lift. There is heating and hot water included in the rental fee. We offer the property for less than one week, and you should email for rates. There is a €60.00 end of stay cleaning and laundry charge for all bookings. There are no hidden or extra charges....heating, electricity, hot water, WiFi, towels, bedding are all included. We supply some soap and toilet paper for your arrival, and there is usually dishwasher powder, soap powder and cleaning materials in the flat for your use. We accept payment only in Euros.
