| The villa is situated just a 45 minute drive from Faro airport. Locally there are 2 water parks and one theme park Zoomarine which is a great day out for all the family especially the children. There are numerous golf courses in the area all within a short drive. The large resort of Albufeira is 30 minutes by car and 10 minutes to the resort of Carvoeiro. Further inland is the old town of Silves with its old Castle perched on top of the hill. From the fishing port of Portimao you can get a boat up the river to Silves and from Benagil which is only five minutes away you can get a boat which takes you around the caves. | |

| A lovely south facing detached villa with large private pool with optional heating (12x6metres) located in a peaceful area yet only 2 minutes drive to one of the prettiest beaches on the Algarve (Praia da Marinha).
The villa has 2 bedrooms ( master bedroom with en-suite shower room) and second bedroom with twin beds uses tthe full size bathroom. The large lounge/diner overlooks the pool, patio and pretty garden which is laid to lawn in parts. There is a TV with English channels and a CD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small cloakroom with wc off the hallway. Outside in the delightful gardens is the swimming pool and BBQ area. There are plenty of tables, chairs sunbeds and sun shades for your use. From the roof terrace there is a view to the ocean. The villa has the benefit of an alarm system and safe and electric gates to the driveway. Maid service is provided 4/5 days per week but not on bank holidays and weekends except for a changeover day. There are 2 restuarants within a 5 minute walk from the villa and several more in the lovely fishing village of Benagil which is only 5 minutes drive. Carvoeiro which is a very popular resort is 10 minutes drive and here there is an abundance of shops, restaurants. bars, banks and a chemist. |
