| The long sandy beach of Benalmadena is only a 10 minute walk away with its multitude of shops, bars and restaurants. You are sure to find something to your liking. Tivoli world family theme park, spectacular marina with sea world & many good class restaurants, Torrequebrada golf course 10 mins, Benal beach heated indoor swimming pool all year round outdoor pool for summer sauna, large Jacuzzi, gym, 10 min walk small admission fee. Aqua park Torremolinos and Fiongerola from end May to 1st Oct. Go karting track at Fiongarola. Malaga airport is only 6Km away a train leaves Malaga airport every 15 mins directly to arroyo a very very cheap price, and taxi rank will take you straight to apartment in 5mins. A 15mins walk will take you to the famous Benalmadena huge market, veg and fruit clothes for all ages ceramics etc every Friday, and a great boot sale in Tivoli world grounds selling new products as well as old.
Xmas and New Year arrival for 2008 can be flexible. Also out of high period e.g. Nov-Dec the apartment is priced for 4 occupants, will sleep 6, for a cost of £30 p.p, per week. From the Friday 4th April this will be the changeover day for the rest of the year due to there being cheaper flight and will make a big difference to the costing of your holiday. | |

The block is a small one and we are 5th, top floor with no noise and only 3 apartment on this level, we are only 5 mins walk to shops and bars and restaurants. Arroyo railway station is only 15 mins walk. 2 twin bedrooms with wardrobes are tastefully furnished, cool in the summer having electric ceiling fans, continental quilts for winter main bedroom has patio door leading on to sun terrace, with sun all day double glazed throughout. 1 leather double sofa bed in lounge area easy fold away for the day time sleeps 2. The kitchen is fully fitted, the family bathroom has bath, shower, wash basin, WC and bidet. Close to the apartment within the complex is a park area with swings, slide, sand pit, full size basket ball court , also a nice avenue of grassed area with seats and large trees for shade, there is a new supermarket for all of your provisions at the end of the avenue where the apartment is situated. This is a holiday for all types of groups, all female ,all male, golfers, and families. Very safe for children having a walled terrace. A large Sun Terrace with sun all day, with nice sea views, sun canopy. Maid service on day of arrival, Bed linen provided, towels NOT provided.
