| The apartment is beautiful and is literally two minutes leisurely walk from the heart of Benalmadena Pueblo one of the most attractive "White Villages" on the Costa del Sol.
The town itself has many bars and excellent restaurants with the added advantage of being only five minutes by taxi to the main beaches and the award winning Marina at Benalmadena with its luxury bars, restaurants, and night-clubs. It takes less time to reach the bustle of Arroyo de la Miel which is full of English and Spanish bars and plenty of International restaurants plus a great shopping centre. Arroyo also provides a chair lift to the mountain tops where there are fantastic views across to North Africa and wonderful walks on the mountain top. In Arroyo there is a newly constructed Sea-World plus the famous Tivoli Gardens with its theme park and live entertainment shows. From Arroyo there is a regular bus service connecting all the coastal resorts plus you can take the RENFE coastal railway, which travels every 20 minutes from 6AM until midnight, between Fuengirola and Malaga stopping at every seaside resort en-route. All of the above are on the doorstep but many visitors find the Benalmadena Pueblo so attractive that they are happy to spend most evenings in the local tapas bars and restaurants or drinking in the beautiful Spanish squares. A Little Further Afield Visitors wishing to visit other places of interest can drive only forty minutes and explore the famous town of Marbella with its excellent fashion boutiques or take coffee in the beautiful Orange Square or lunch in one of the many delightful restaurants that surround the heart of the old town. Five minutes from Marbella and you arrive at Puerto Banus which is known the World over for its glittering shops, bars and nightclubs plus it fabulous marina and beaches. Special Entertainment. All in all there is plenty to do and see or merely turn off and sunbath after hectic late nights in the entertainment bars that abound in the coastal resorts only ten minutes away. Throughout the Summer months there are many live concerts by International artists such as Elton John, Rod Stewart, Brian Adams, UB40 and many others, these are night time spectaculars held at the Mijas Horse Racing Hippodrome. Throughout the summer months race meetings are held every Sunday evening commencing at 11PM and it is a wonderful venue where you can dine in one of the many restaurants or bars and have a flutter. A fifty minute drive from the apartment and you have Gibraltar, an hour in the same direction is the fantastic Ronda, travel North from Benalmadena, on a superb free motorway, and in an hour you reach both Granada and the Sierra Nevada’s ski slopes. | |

Located in a small complex of only twenty-six apartments with private gardens and pool area the property offers peace and quiet from the noise of the all night tourist areas yet is close enough to enjoy everything shopping, restaurants, entertainment bars and nightclubs. The property is only two minutes walk from the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Andalusia and only ten minutes from the fabulous beaches and hectic night life of the Benalmadena Costa. This second floor, corner property, is furnished to the highest standard of comfort with Sky Digital television showing all the major UK stations, Plasma TV and Digital DVD, Radio, Air-conditioning/central heating throughout plus Plasma log effect fire for winter rentals. We are happy to provide a list of recommended restaurants, entertainment venues and trips for your information while staying in the apartment. Clients have a choice from an extensive DVD library, books and a large selection of board games are provided though experience has shown that very few guests spend evenings indoors with all the bars’ and bistros’ only a three minutes walk into the old town plus, ten minutes away, the hectic night life of Benalmadena Marina. Charges vary dependent on season but range from £400 weekly in off season up to £700 in the prime holiday weeks of August, all rates quoted are inclusive, there are no hidden extras. Those clients wishing to have the benifit of a stress free holiday we can arrange car rental where our guests are met on arrival at Malaga Airport, with the rental car, and chauffeured to the apartment, on the departure date they are collected at Jacaranda and chauffeured to Malaga International Airport departures. The cost, obviously, varies at the time of the year but is between 150 Euros weekly and 185 Euros, a specific quote will be obtained by request, this service offers a stress free arrival and departure to your Jacaranda holiday. A private lock-up garage is included in the rental price with lift directly to the apartment this garage option is offered to clients with their own car or wishing to rent independently. There is an excellent pool within lawned gardens and it is for use by residents only and has security gates with key supplied at the apartment. Welcome pack including wine is included on all weekly rentals. There are hundreds of rental apartments available on the Costa del Sol but we doubt you will find many of this superb quality! |
