We act as an advertising company, we do not act as estate agents or travel agents and do not own any of the properties listed nor can we enter into any contract concerning any property listed on this site. We simply provide advertising space for property owners to display their rental accommodation on this website and put you directly in touch with the owners of these properties. We do not take part in, or responsibility for, booking arrangements or any property management issues.

All the property information is provided by the property owners, and therefore provided in good faith, Cosy Holiday Rentals are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The content of the website does not constitute as advice and should not be relied upon in making or refrain from making any decisions.
4. Owners (Advertisers) Information
All information provided on this site about the properties, is provided and maintained by the owner. Cosy Holiday Rentals are not responsible for any inaccuracy of information. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the information provided is up to date, accurate, legal and complies with English Law. We reserve the right to edit any information provided if found to be offensive, incorrect grammar, spelling and punctuation. Owners are not permitted to include links to other websites or e-mail addresses doing so may result in the property advertising being removed.

Cosy Holiday Rentals do not have any part in the transaction between the holidaymaker and the owner. We only advertise the rental and put the holiday maker in touch with the owner. Payment methods are arranged between themselves.
6. Removal of Advertisements
An owner may at any period of the subscription terminate the contract between themselves and Cosy Holiday Rentals. This can be done under account management and deleting the account or by requesting the property to be removed by contacting Cosy Holiday Rentals. Cosy Holiday Rentals may in extreme circumstances delete property advertisements if found to be persistently breaching the terms and conditions of the web site. If we receive a significant number of substantiated complaints relating to a property we reserve the right to delete the advertisement. In such circumstances payment will be retained in full.
